Top 40 Under 40 Professional and National Accounts Vice President of The Ōnin Group

Jonathan Spidle, Vice President of National Accounts at The Ōnin Group, is being recognized as a 2016 Top 40 under 40 professional by the Birmingham Business Journal. From more than 200 nominees, Jonathan was selected as one of Birmingham metro’s most talented professionals playing a key role in shaping the city’s future.

Jonathan was nominated for his ability to develop the National Accounts department into an invaluable asset to Ōnin’s multi-location customers and a multi-million dollar component of The Ōnin Group.

With 76 full-service offices in 15 states and teammates deployed in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, the National Accounts team provides multi-location customers with program design, transition planning and management, ramp-up support and onsite training, as well as ongoing oversight and performance management.

Multi-site staffing programs often fail because local branches lack the engagement and execution strategies to support large, multi-location clients. In contrast, Jonathan has developed a large-scale program to support national accounts at the local level, where efforts are focused on streamlining processes, executing payroll accurately, enhancing reporting capabilities, and creating a better user experience for all parties.

Jonathan attributes much of his department’s success in sustaining the full engagement of the best local staffing offices in the country to his team members, including Kyle Foti, Hung Tran, Synna Luke and Lindsay Hendrix.

Jonathan and his team’s efforts to foster a national partnership with customers have dramatically boosted sales and helped to triple the company’s size since 2011.

Ōnin is proud to provide Ōninites such as Jonathan with an accommodating work environment to grow and flourish on their own terms.

Please join us in congratulating Jonathan on his success in winning such prestigious recognition.
