Ōnin Celebrates 20th Anniversary

Twenty years ago on Nov. 7, The Ōnin Group was formed by a small group of people with a passion to succeed. Today, The Ōnin Group has been named the 15th Largest Industrial Staffing Firm in the US by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and has been included on the 2016 SIA lists for Largest Staffing Firms and Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US and has additionally been named on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the US.

The Ōnin Group has always sought to provide our clients with the most advanced technology and innovative hiring practices in the industry, making change a constant in our company. We’ve grown tremendously since our humble beginnings, but the values that guided Ōnin’s formation remain our source of direction two decades later, and these values will continue to direct our growth as we evolve into the future.

“When I first began my journey in the staffing industry, I didn’t know where it would lead,” said Managing Partner of The Ōnin Group Keith Phillips. “I only knew I was good at nurturing relationships and I could sit down and talk with clients to form meaningful relationships. I knew I was a hard worker, and I knew that I had this ability to love people regardless of where they were in the walk of life.”
